Eleven years old Leonard Paul Coker of 11 McCauley Street, Murray town was another child whose plight was brought to the attention of Pikin Bizness.
He was suffering from a high refractive error which results to severe painful eyeballs and headache. Through a passionate letter written by his mother, Pikin Bizness thought it fit to help in his case by providing air ticket for him and mother to Berlin, Germany to enable him keep an appointment with an ophthalmologist to change his lens.
Leonard has now undergone the necessary treatment and his vision is saved to the delight of his desperate parents. He now has a new pair of glasses and is coping well in school.
However, Leonard will have to repeat his treatment for another three (3) years until he reached the age of fifteen (15) when a laser intervention will be feasible.
