Pikin Bizness a non-profitable organization, has provided free medical treatment for several children abroad suffering from heart diseases. The most recent is Alie Kamara who was about losing his life at the Connaught Hospital years back before he was flown to France for a lifesaving Open Heart surgery. It was discovered that an aortic valve replacement was needed as it was severely damage by a 
streptococcal injection. Alie Kamara appreciated the Chairman of Pikin Bizness Dr Adonis Abboud and his partners for giving him the opportunity with the help of God to leave a second life. He note that in 2008, he was hospitalized at the Connaught Hospital when Pikin Bizness came to his rescue and was later flown to France for medical treatment and that the operation was successful. Mrs Konneh added that two weeks from now Alie Kamara will be traveling to Senegal for medical check-up and 90% of funding including air ticket was done by the Chairman for Pikin Bizness Dr. Adonis Abboud; she revealed that the Identification of beneficiaries is done by the medical expert in Sierra Leone like the Ola During Hospital and they are also working with international health partners to help save lives by rending free medical treatment.
