On 18th. Sep. 2020 PIKIN BIZNESS Coordinator Muss Hawa Bah received a call from
Kabala from the Chair of EDWARD & HAJA GRACE MARAH FOUNDATION.
They informed hero Fatmata young lady Mrs Bondo Thoronka giving birth to a Quadruplets.. Her husband Mr. Kalie Koroma was confused and worried about the burden of bringing up 4 children while they were hardly ready for one.
We called our partner Champion of Hope member Rotarian Miss Antonia Caramba Coker and together we raised cash , clothing, milk and other food items and drove to Kabala..
What a beautiful sight four (4) healthy kids, lying down next to each others.
Last week we get news and received a video showing the parents sitting on the street pavement begging for help. We immediately called our partners Chain of Hope and agreed to ensure the family will receive 1.250.000 Leones on a monthly basis.
We spoke to the Parents and delivered the payment on the 5th. Of July assuring them that they will continue to receive the funds every 5th. Of the month. We will be visiting them in 1st week August in their Village near Kabala to make sure all is well .
